Marketing is responsible for all activities related to
developing and implementing Epoch’s marketing and brand strategy to achieve
marketing goals. Specific duties include supporting growth, acquisition,
retention, and brand equity through business and market development, market
research and planning, promotion and advertising strategy through on and
off-line platforms, coordination with community managers, and managing
consulting agencies and third party vendors.
Community Manager - The Dahlia
West Melbourne, FL
As Community Manager, you will be responsible for all leading operational aspects and the continued profitability of your community. Essential responsibilities include effective personnel management and development, a thorough understanding of the competitive market, ensuring financial goals are met, having high standards for customer service, maintaining the physical condition of the property and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Some weekend and early evening shifts may be required.
Maintenance Supervisor - The Dahlia
This position is responsible for performing necessary maintenance duties and implementing preventive maintenance procedures. Maintains the property and “turns” vacant apartments promptly and to the highest standards. Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner.
The role of Maintenance Supervisor requires a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence for the care of the fine details. This role is vital to the company’s success and involves the technical repairs of the interior and exterior of the apartment community and its amenities. A passion for the fields of maintenance and customer service are key roles in this position.
Maintenance Technician - Brisolé
Orlando, FL
The Maintenance Technician is a member of the Maintenance staff working directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and the office staff to provide world class service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician is a “hands on” professional whose goal is to make sure everything is working right every day. The Maintenance Technician displays effective communication and organizational skills. Must be able to receive and follow detailed instructions. Must be knowledgeable and comply with all Fair Housing and ADA laws and regulations.
