The women of Epoch touch every aspect of the business, impacting almost every decision made. Construction, accounting, marketing, development, operations and property management all have strong women who work smart and hard to elevate the every day for our partners, clients and residents. This was our second year where we gathered our Epoch women together for a little bonding, creativity, and fun. The Heavy hosted us for a succulent workshop, where we learned about the variety of succulents and cacti and planted our own arrangement to take home. We didn’t mind getting our hands dirty and we certainly enjoyed each other’s company.
