Reputation.com announced the 2023 800 award winners for customer experience and Epoch is proud to share that Calirosa Winter Park and Wildflower are amongst the winning communities. Winners on the 2023 list have proven that they put customer experience at the very core of their strategy and are driven by the voice of the customer to succeed. The 800 Award winners set the gold standard for what it means to be truly customer-centric. Calirosa Winter Park earned an overall score of 873 and Wildflower earned an overall score of 818.
These awards come right after both communities also received Kingsley Excellence awards for customer satisfaction.
