It’s been a flurry of activity over at The Dahlia! Between receiving the first Certificate of
Occupancy in July, move-ins, the model installation and more we were able to gather a crowd
for a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! Team members from the Home Office along
with Community Manager, Kyle and the Melbourne Regional Chamber were delightfully
surprised with a confetti cannon as Justin cut the ribbon with the obligatory oversized
scissors. Our neighbors and long time supporters, Promise in Brevard, also attended with a
strong presence. Guests were treated to a champagne wall, appetizers and a personal tour of
the community and model following the celebration.

As a reminder, The Dahlia is a garden style community comprised of 280 apartment homes,
amongst 5 buildings with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans. Each building has elevators, private
garages and dedicated co-working spaces. Other community amenities include a clubhouse,
pool area, outdoor lifestyle lounge and pet park. This community is located about 75 miles
