Proud to Support IDignity’s Mission

IDignity is a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals in Central Florida obtain the personal identification documents they need to rebuild their lives. For many people experiencing homelessness, poverty, or crisis, something as simple as a birth certificate or ID can be incredibly difficult to access—but it’s essential for securing housing, employment, healthcare, and other critical services.

Through volunteer-driven service days and legal assistance, IDignity works one-on-one with clients to navigate the often complex process of obtaining these documents. Their mission is rooted in restoring dignity and creating pathways to stability, empowering individuals to move forward with confidence and opportunity.

We were honored to be recognized as IDignity’s Identification Service Day Sponsor. Our team showed up in full force, volunteering their time and energy at an IDignity client service day. We worked side-by-side with other passionate individuals to assist those navigating the complex process of obtaining legal proof of identity – something many of us take for granted, but which is absolutely essential for access to housing, employment, healthcare, and more.

Side by side with other dedicated volunteers, we assisted individuals navigating the often complex and overwhelming process of obtaining legal proof of identity. It’s something many of us take for granted, but for those without it, the absence of proper identification creates significant barriers to essential resources like housing, employment, healthcare, and education.

Our commitment to IDignity runs deep. Epoch Residential continues to actively support the organization through ongoing participation, volunteer efforts, and advocacy for its mission. We are especially proud to have our President, Justin Sand, serve on the IDignity Board of Directors, strengthening our connection and reinforcing our investment in the organization’s long-term vision and success.

As shared in IDignity’s June newsletter, “Their continued investment in restoring dignity and hope is making a real and lasting impact in our community.” We are incredibly grateful for those words and even more grateful to play a role in such meaningful work.

Being part of this mission is both humbling and inspiring. It reminds us that creating strong communities goes beyond the homes we build—it’s about supporting the people within them. We’re proud to partner with IDignity in creating pathways to stability and opportunity, and we look forward to continuing this important work together.
