Epoch’s first Active Adult Community, Calirosa Kissimmee, entered their first competition this past winter; the National Association of Homebuilders Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award. The specific title amongst over 20 categories was Developer, Best 55+ Community. The entry consisted of a detailed description of the community, a write up on why the community should win, indicators of success, amenities geared towards the 55+ demographic and operational efficiencies. Photos, event calendars and social media samples were also included. We were thrilled to be a top 3 finalist among several entries in this category.
