We are thrilled to announce that The Pike, located in Eagle, Colorado, has officially joined Epoch
Residential’s management portfolio as of November 7, 2024! The Pike is a 216-unit community
spread across five buildings, nestled in the mountains. The first building received its Certificate of
Occupancy on April 15, 2024 and welcomed its first residents that same day! Today, the
community is at an impressive 74% occupancy!
We are also excited to introduce the onsite team:
Jake Wagener – Community Manager
Victoria Knaak – Assistant Community Manager
Eric Thulander – Maintenance Supervisor
Blair, one of our talented Epoch team members, has temporarily relocated to Colorado to
provide guidance and support to The Pike team. We warned her to stay warm! We also want to
extend many thanks to Katrina, who spent a few days at the Community to oversee the
transition and welcome the staff.
We are confident that The Pike will continue to thrive under our management, and we look
forward to fostering success for both the community and its residents.
