At the end of 2024, Cacéma was awarded Community of the Year for the Build to Rent category at the annual Apartment Association of Orlando’s annual award gala, Golden Key. We are so proud of our team as they excitedly yet humbly accepted this award. The competition is always tough, as each community puts their best foot forward. It’s a joy to be amongst so many professionals who take pride in their work and share a passion for our industry.
